My husband loves chicken cordon bleu but I was never really a fan because I have always been a little unsure about swiss cheese. But this recipe - is definitely getting added to our list of regular meals. It took me a bit to hunt down the origin but I finally found it at That's Some Good Cookin'. We did have a couple of issues with the sauce thickening at first but it turned out just right. It's not the prettiest dish but taste overcomes.
